Fixed monthly fees

Locum accounts and tax are £39 a month + VAT (£46.80 including VAT) for a self-employed locum, or £79 a month + VAT (£94.80 including VAT) through a limited company. Practice accounts and tax are from £149 a month + VAT (from £178.80 including VAT) for an independent practice run as a limited company or a partnership. Practices with two or more sites are quoted. Payroll is quoted separately.

How the fees work

  • Each fee is paid monthly and agreed in writing before any work starts.
  • Prices are shown before VAT, with the figure including VAT beside each one.
  • The locum fees cover one person. A locum with a company pays the company fee, which includes their own self assessment return as director.
  • The practice fee starts at from £149 a month + VAT for a single-site practice. Practices with two or more sites are priced for the practice and confirmed in writing.
  • Payroll, bookkeeping, VAT returns and work on buying or selling a practice are quoted separately.
